KOANTIZ collection

In two hours, the group moves through four phases and three transitions, in the form of increasingly complex challenges designed to flow precisely into one another. Each phase builds on the one before. You start alone. You finish together.
Artifacts, movement, rhythm: in the Talentoscope, every sense is engaged for a surprising sensory experience. The Koantiz canvas (the current edition of the Talentoscope) is the backdrop for all the materials. It forms a giant puzzle in which each participant holds a unique piece of the final collective fresco.

The Talentoscope is designed so that the group’s success depends on everyone’s contribution.
Here, you experiment, act and feel. Paced by four phases, the journey brings understanding through lived experience, naturally weaving individual growth into collective intelligence. As a sensory format, it engages the body as much as the mind.
This intensity comes from a carefully calculated structure. Short and dense, every minute serves a precise purpose, leaving a lasting mark.

No app. No QR code. No screen. Everything is tangible: cards, cubes, movement, challenges that serve connection. Each interaction invites cognitive and sensory immersion, bringing participants back to what matters: being present in the moment.
In a work world where attention is constantly fragmented, this deliberate break from digital fosters genuine presence.
Discover yourself in the mirror of the group. While classic assessments map profiles, the Talentoscope brings them to life and puts relationships at the center.
Here, it isn’t test results that reveal you, it’s the interactions, the adjustments, the shared glances. By creating a space of caring listening, the journey activates emotional intelligence and builds self-esteem through the strength of connection.
The Talentoscope sparks real insights. What you discover isn’t read in a report; it’s lived, together.

30, 150 or 500 people: the quality of the experience doesn’t dilute, it grows.
The group challenges built into the Talentoscope add a stimulating dimension to the journey. Far from superficial, they require real coordination and call on a range of skills to overcome.
Spatial, visual, logical intelligence… The bigger the group, the more complex the puzzle, and the more the ability to cooperate is put to the test.

These two registers rarely coexist in team cohesion programs. The Talentoscope embraces both, because joy isn’t superficial: it’s a gateway to what matters. When a group plays, the masks come off, and it’s in that opening that authenticity can emerge.
Research in positive psychology has highlighted four recurring pillars of our moments of joy. The Talentoscope includes all four. I’ll gladly reveal them when we talk.

You’re looking for a moment that leaves a mark. Not another workshop, not a group dynamic that fades by Monday morning. In two hours, the Talentoscope creates what months don’t always build: a collective mirror, co-created by the group itself.
Contact me through the form, or better yet, let’s talk. Pick a time that suits you in my calendar (below) and I’ll answer all your questions.
